LeRoy & Hawkeye have supper.
The new fawns have finally arrived. Our customers were very anxious and so were we.
Julie, our visiting doe from Hookstown, had 2 brown doe twin fawns at
5 p.m. on May 25, 2010. The fawns are named Jill and Joyce. They have learned to drink their bottles (with some difficulty I might add) but now the public can help feed them at scheduled times.

Pebbles our 10 year old piebald doe, had 1 brown buck fawn, and one piebald buck fawn. Their names are LeRoy and Hawkeye. LeRoy has been sold to a nice couple near Indiana. They have picked him
up and he is doing well at his new home. Hawkeye (the piebald) will be staying at the ranch so he is in the corral with Julie & Jill. He is playing and enjoying their company.

Tweety, age 7, our white doe with blue eyes, had one white doe fawn. Her name is Hannah. She is one big girl. Hannah is twice the size of all the other fawns. We are not bottle feeding her, but leaving her with Mom to nurse. So far she has her mom’s affectionate temperment.

Kristen Porter is a local artisit from Sigel, PA.She is currently attending Edinboro University for a Bachelor Of Fine Arts, with a concentration in painting, a minor in theater, and a minor in physchology. Kristen is also a Brother and Historian of Alpha Psi Omega (the national theater honors fraternity), vice president of Edinboro University Players(a student run theater organization on campus), Student Art League, and Painting and drawing club.
